Verizon STEM Lab
Our Verizon STEM Lab gives students hands-on opportunities to explore science, technology, engineering, and mathematics through real-world challenges. Using cutting-edge tools—from coding platforms and robotics kits to digital design software—students learn to think creatively, collaborate effectively, and solve problems with confidence. The program encourages curiosity and innovation while building the foundational skills needed for future STEM pathways.
Specialized Programs
Beginning & Advanced Band
Beginning Band introduces young musicians to the fundamentals of tone production, rhythm, and ensemble performance in a supportive, structured environment. Students learn how to read music, care for their instruments, and play together as a team.
Advanced Band challenges developing musicians with more complex repertoire, performance opportunities, and deeper study of technique and musical expression. Both levels build confidence, discipline, and a lifelong appreciation for music.
Modern Dance
The Modern Dance program allows students to explore movement, expression, and creativity through a variety of dance techniques. Students build strength, flexibility, and coordination while learning choreography and performance skills. The program emphasizes artistic expression, body awareness, and collaboration, helping students grow both as dancers and as confident performers.
3D Art
In 3D Art, students move beyond traditional two-dimensional projects and bring their ideas to life through sculpture, mixed-media, ceramics, and other tactile art forms. They learn how to work with a range of materials while developing spatial awareness, craftsmanship, and creative problem-solving. The program encourages experimentation and helps students discover new ways to express themselves visually.
